Email play@jmak.games. That is the only support channel, it is read by a person, and we aim to reply within three business days.
There is no account to recover and no subscription to cancel — our games are free, work offline, and store nothing about you on our side.
1. Getting in touch
Write to play@jmak.games in English. We answer questions about any of our games, bug reports, feedback and press enquiries at the same address.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, tell us:
- which game, and the version number shown on its start screen;
- your device and OS version — for example "iPhone 15, iOS 26.1" or "Pixel 8, Android 16";
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is something you can see.

Support for the two unreleased titles is the same address; there is simply nothing to troubleshoot yet.
Crazy Monkey 67 — the rules in short
You and the monkey share one number on the table. Play a card from your hand of six and the number moves. Land it on exactly 67 and you win. Push it above 99 or below 0 and you bust, which hands the win to your opponent.
- Combo cards do not end your turn. ×2, ×3 and ÷2 always combo, and some + and − cards are dealt flagged as bonus combos. Chain them and you can play your whole hand in one turn.
- Mystery cards are hidden from your opponent only. They see a question mark; you see the real value.
- Zero never combos. It is a deliberate skip.
- Division rounds half up, so 5 ÷ 2 is 3.
- You can see the next three cards before you commit to a move.
3. Common questions
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Every JMAK game runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests at all. You can play on a plane, and turning off mobile data changes nothing.
Are there ads, in-app purchases or a subscription?
No, none of the three. The games are free and complete. There is nothing to buy, nothing to unlock with money, and no advertising SDK in the app.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. Everything is available from the first launch.
Where is my match history stored, and how do I delete it?
On your device only, using the operating system's standard app storage. We never receive it and cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it completely — there is no server-side copy to request the erasure of.
The monkey is too hard (or too easy).
Crazy Monkey 67 has four difficulty tiers — Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert — chosen on the start screen before each match. Expert plans several moves ahead and takes real risks; Easy does not.
Does it work on iPad and Android tablets?
Yes. Crazy Monkey 67 supports iPad and runs full screen. It deliberately does not support iPad Split View or Slide Over, because the game is drawn on a fixed-aspect canvas that would be distorted in a resizable window.
I found a bug, or the game will not start.
Please email us with the details in section 1 above. As a first step, force-quit and reopen the app, and check the App Store or Google Play for an update — a fix may already be waiting.
How do I request a refund?
Our games are free, so there is nothing to refund. If you were charged for something claiming to be one of our games, it was not from us — please contact Apple or Google, and tell us as well.
4. Privacy and data
Our games collect nothing and send nothing off your device. This website sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript and loads nothing from third-party servers. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and the terms you play under are in our Terms.
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you. You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time at play@jmak.games.
5. Accessibility and feedback
If something in one of our games is hard to read, hard to hit, or hard to use, we want to hear about it — that is a bug report as far as we are concerned. Tell us what got in your way and which device you were on.
